Melody was great! I was up against a very short deadline to get a new homeowner's policy after my rate jumped at the time of renewal, and she was able to get me the same coverage at a fraction of the cost. She also helped me with my auto coverage as well. Went from a quote to new ID cards in 2 days! She even helped me get everything set up with my mortgage loan servicing company.
